Sport: Balanced steering, a beautifully designed rigid frame, high-performance Shimano Deore drivetrain and brakes, and plenty of power from the Bosch ebike system.
Utility: Dozens of possible configurations thanks to Benno’s large selection of accessories. Use it as a commuter with a set of small bags. Use it to carry two kids and a dog while towing a beach cooler on a trailer. It does both jobs equally well.
Vehicle: Absolutely! With the level of quality of Benno products, you can look at this as dependable transportation that can replace your car in the city.
Some of our favorite bike rides of 2020 happened on the Boost. In August, I put a Boost on our car rack, drove to Gold Bar with the kids and dog, and did a out-and-back to our favorite swimming hole near Index. It was an all day adventure, with over 1500 ft of climbing in 30 miles of riding. With 120lbs of kids on the back, 13lbs of dog in the front bag, our swimsuits, towels, picnic stuff, and extra clothes. IT WAS AMAZING! And I can’t think of another bike that would have been up to the job.

In 2021, we are stocking six versions of the Boost in as many colors as possible. The two major differences between the specs are the frame style, either standard or low-step, and the choice of drive unit: Performance Line Cruise, Performance Line Sport, and Cargo Line Speed. Prices range from $4300 to $5000. We will be receiving Boosts in limited quantities though the spring and summer, and we encourage you to visit the shop soon to test ride one. These will not last long!
